I found this old barn while driving around Columbia County Pennsylvania photographing covered bridges on Saturday. I really liked the wood tones and the setting seemed very indicative of rural Pennsylvania life. The open barn door reminded me of that saying parents sometimes use when a child leaves a door open in their house, “were you raised in a barn ?“.
I shot this as five RAW bracketed frames then converted it to an HDR (High Dynamic Range) image using Photomatix Pro.
